Day 1: Arrive on Bali
Upon clearing Customs and Immigration, you will be meet by your guide escort you on your private transfer to your hotel in Ubud where you will stay for 3 nights.

Day 2: Half Day Ubud Purification & Flower Bath CelebrationIn the morning, we will transfer to Tegenungan Waterfall. We will have a morning Group yoga session where you will enjoy with the sound of the waterfall in the background.
We will then transfer to Tirta Empul to experience Purification Ritual (Melukat). At this holy spring of Tirta Empul, which is surrounded by a large shrine to honour the God Indra, there are bathing pools which are believed to have strong curative powers at this site. On the hill behind this temple is a presidential guest house built by the late President Sukarno. We will then transfer back to our hotel.
At the allocated time, we will be transferred to have 150 min spa and flower bath session. We will experience a total pampering with Balinese massage and then experience the height of an intimate flower bath session.
Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure to enjoy some downtime and reflect on the amazing morning.

Day 3: Half Day Yoga & Balinese ExperienceIn the morning, we will transfer ourself to one of yoga shala in the riverbank. Enjoy a one-hour yoga session surrounded by the sound of the nature. We will then transfer back to our hotel to refresh.
After, we can transfer back enjoy the rest of the day at leisure or join an optional tour in the village.
Later in the afternoon experience Balinese warm greeting in traditional way of life before entering Balinese compound where we will be offered tea, coffee, and typical Balinese traditional cakes as refreshment.
The process to make coconut oil will be shown after looking around the compound as watching the local’s activities such as: Ironing smith to see how’s Balinese people produce their traditional tools, Balinese hat maker and how’s Balinese people produce wine ‘tuak ’will followed, Mats weaving made of pandanus tectorius leaves, flowers and fruits arrangement cannot be scope rated from the way of life that have been inherited from generation to generation for centuries.
We could practice our climbing skill to climb the coconut tree to get the coconut fruits for our beverage after involving our self in rice farm cultivation by using traditional tools, to plant the rice. Bale Bengong (Gazebo) is the place where we can enjoy our lunch before the program is ended.

Day 4: Ubud to SeminyakIn the morning, we will transfer ourself to one of yoga shala in the riverbank. Enjoy a one-hour yoga session surrounded by the sound of the nature. We will then transfer back to our hotel to refresh.
We will transfer to Mandala Suci Wenara Wana, well known as Monkey Forest, the sanctuary and natural habitat of the Balinese long-tailed Monkey, scientific name Macaca Fascicularis. About 1049 monkeys live in this sanctuary.
After enjoying a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, we will directly go to Real Bali Swing, ‘Real Bali Swing – Experience one or several of the 7 Swings from 10 to 78 m high.
After taking beautiful pictures, we will then transfer to our new hotel in South Bali where you will enjoy 4 nights at a fabulous 4 star hotel.
Hotel: Courtyard By Marriott Seminyak (5 Star Rating)
With a strategic position in the epicenter of Seminyak, this hotel is within walking distance from a great variety of dining, entertainment and shopping options. Visitors will also have the opportunity to wander around Bali's lively beach and vibrant nightlife. Families with children will appreciate the nearby Waterbom Water Park and the most discerning ones might enjoy the mouth-watering cuisine at the Chez Gado Gado restaurant. Luxurious rooms and suites are the perfect place to unwind and recover the energy, thanks to its wide selection of modern and useful amenities. All of them come with a trouser press, individual air-conditioning, a fully-stocked minibar and pillows made of foam or down for guests to choose the one they prefer. Guests can relax at the main and fountain pools, work out in the fitness center or leave their children at the playground area with babysitting service.

Day 5: Full Day Balinese Cooking Class & Tanah Lot Temple VisitAfter breakfast we visit a village in Central Bali. Here we will do another group yoga session in the middle of the rice fields - an setting that will not be forgotten.
We will then prepare ourselves to learn how to cook a set of Balinese cuisine. Gain a valuable insight into the techniques of preparation and cooking which is used on a daily basis in homes all over the island. We will be guided with local chef to prepare our foods. We will then eat our own creation for lunch.
After spending the day in the village, we will then transfer to Tanah Lot Temple -one of Bali’s most famous temples. Its set dramatically on a small island just off from the beach, and will be a beautiful background for sunset watching.
We will also spend an hour of sunset yoga in a nearby lawn, to enjoy the yoga with the upcoming sunset.
A complimentary sunset cocktail is also provided for us to enjoy after the yoga session. We will then transfer to check in at our hotel in South Bali. Lunch is included.

Day 6: Full Day Excursion to Nua PenidaToday’s exceptional tour takes us to the paradise island of Nusa Penida, an idyllic location of abundant beauty, nature and culture, located 35 km from mainland Bali. Our 40 minutes journey on a speedboat provides sublime views of Mount Agung.
Upon arrival your guide will escort you to the first destination of the tour by car to Broken Hill. Enjoy the scenic view of the beach and afterwards we head to Klingking Hills to enjoy the spectacular view, ahead of lunch. We then depart to Snorkelling Point to view the amazing coral and exotic fish.
We return to Nusa Penida Island and enjoy some time on the natural white sands, before returning to the harbour to catch the speedboat back to Bali and the road transfer back to your hotel in south Bali, or Ubud
After, we will be transported back to our hotel. Lunch is included

Day 7: Seminyak at LeisureEnjoy a serene morning yoga session on the beach, where the gentle ocean breeze and the rhythm of the waves create an unforgettable experience. Spend the rest of the day exploring your hotel’s amenities or simply relaxing in the beautiful surroundings.

Day 8: Departure from BaliAfter a rejuvenating week in Bali, savor your final breakfast in this idyllic paradise before your private transfer to the airport. Take with you memories of this magical wellness retreat, shared experiences, and newfound peace.
