• Room rates are quoted on a per room per night basis and are valid for single or double occupancy only
• Room rates are inclusive of 20% VAT
• Additional discretionary 5% service charge per room per night
• Room availability and rate may be subject to change if amendments are made to a confirmed booking
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other program
• This offer is not valid for group reservations
• A minimum stay of three consecutive nights is required
• The complimentary night must be consecutive
• Check-in is as early as 6:00 am on arrival day and check-out is as late as 10:00 pm on day of departure
• Estimated time of arrival and departure must be provided at least 24 hours prior to arrival
• A hospitality room will be provided if the original booked room category is not available
• In case of any dispute, The Peninsula Hotels Group reserves the right of interpretation to the extent permitted by the applicable laws
• Cancellation Policy: The hotel must receive any cancellation by 3 PM local time 1 day prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night penalty charge plus tax
